CHEMTROL mass finishing cleaning compounds remove oils, greases, and other contaminants. Our cleaning compounds demonstrate superior cleaning characteristics and in-process rust protection. Here are a few of our many cleaning formulations that can be tailored specifically to your operation.
• Concentrated, powdered alkaline cleaner
• Anti-rust degreaser for use with all metals
• Removes large quantities of stubborn oil and soils
Add 1- 3 fluid ounces of solution per every gallon of H2O
pH level: 11.0
• Powerful, powdered alkaline cleaner
• Effective on rust, heat treat scale, and soil removal
• Great for in-process bleaching / brightening
Add 4-6 fluid ounces of solution per every gallon of H2O
pH level: 12.8
• Liquid Alkaline cleaner for vibratory/tumbling finishing
• Cleans coolants, lubricants, and other fabrication soils
• Free rinsing, eliminates films and residues
• Prevents flash rust
Add 1-2 fluid ounces of solution per every gallon of H2O
pH level: 10.0
