Quench Wash is a concnetrated liquid alkaline spray cleaner designed to safely remove quench oils prior to tempering in the heat treatment department. It provides excellent cleaning and temporary rust protection on ferrous metals and is non-spotting. Quench Wash is low foaming and splits free oils for more effective skimming or coalescing. This extends bath life and reduces waste and maintenance. It does not contain phosphates, nitrites, or MEA and can be used in all in-process cleaning systems.

Chemtrol 548 is an industrial strength product. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. In case of contact, wash affected area with water. Flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek prompt medical attention.

Spray Washers :
- Use at 2 - 5% by volume depending on soils and frequency of application with an operating temperature range of 80° - 180°f
Power Washers :
- Use at 1 - 4% by volume depending on soils and frequency of application with an operating temperature range of 80 to 180%f
