Chemtrol MC-2 is a liquid for cleaning micro and ultrafiltration membrane systems. Chemtrol MC-2 is mildly alkaline and should be used when the membrane foulants are suspected to be organic material such as oil, lubricants, and other fabrication soils. Chemtrol MC-2 should be used prior to membrane acid cleaning then flushed from the cleaning system.

Chemtrol MC-2 is an industrial strength product. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. In case of contact, wash affected area with water. Flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek prompt medical attention.
